For the papers to be included in the program, at least one of the authors must make a registration by Aug. 25, 2025, for their papers to be included in the program and e-Proceedings of ICART 2025. Also, it is allowed to present a maximum of two papers with regular registration and only one paper can be presented with student registration.

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by September 30, 2025. No refunds will be issued after October 1, 2025. Please submit all refund/cancellation requests to icart@icart2025.kr. All approved refunds will be issued after the conference.
Upon request, the Chairman of the ICART 2025 will send an official invitation letter. This personal invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants. Participants must complete the registration process to request an official invitation letter first.
